Frank B. Trio

Trio – Frank B., 85, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on April 11, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. Born on April 6, 1931 in Johnstown, son of Frank and Anna (Shorto) Trio-Trakas. Preceded in death by his parents; sisters; Grace Coby and Carmella Ernst; brothers, Joseph and Nicholas; and brother-in-law, Austin Rilogio. He is survived by his loving siblings, Mary Rilogio, Anthony, Eugene (Carol) and James (Patricia)Trio all of Johnstown; brothers-in-law; Ernest Coby and Harry Ernst; and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; and many friends. Frank retired from United Metals Fabricators, Johnstown. He was a member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral and a very active member with the Italian Sons and Daughters of America. He enjoyed cooking holiday meals for his family and bowling with the Union Social Bowling League for many years. Frank also enjoyed walking many miles daily. He will be remembered as a generous human being, who was the best dressed man in town. Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. John Gualbert Cathedral, Very Rev. James Crookston. Committal at St. Joseph Cemetery, Geistown.
