MATER---Eva B., 92, Richland, passed away July 21, 2024 at Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Johnstown. Born June 8, 1932, in Altoona, daughter of Fred and Edna Young. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Terry G. Mater; sister, Jean Frank, brothers, Blaine and Fred Young,  and great-granddaughter, Kyla Ruffing. Survived by daughters, Cathy Blough (Jay), Richland; Debra Sedei (Ernie), Ferndale; Kim Waddell, Richland and Susan Polke (Aaron), Oakland; grandchildren, Matt Hull (Ashley), Pittsburgh; Jayson Blough (Danielle), Richland; Justin Blough (Krista), Richland; Zack Hull (BethAnn), Pittsburgh; Kurt Sedei (Rachael), Pittsburgh; Cody Sedei, Richland; Stephanie Waddell, (her fur babies, Pork Chop, Penelope, Benny and Winston), Nanty Glo; Amanda Waddell, Richland; Jennifer Waddell, West Virginia; great-grandchildren, Bella, Gracie, Micah, Annie, Mia, Tyler, Aidan, Ryder, Khloe, Colby, Isaac, Hazel, Zoe, Zack, Tava, Tomak, Addison, Owen, Jackson, Olivia and Emberleigh; also survived by sister-in-law, Joline Maurer, Altoona. Former member of former Belmont United Methodist Church. Our mom dedicated her life to taking care of our family. She was loved by all and was a very giving person. At Eva’s request, there will be a private visitation and funeral service for family. Inurnment, Alto Reste Memorial Park, Altoona.
