Post, Edwin F., 96, of Belmont. Died Mar. 11, 2014, at Windber Hospice. Born Sept. 11, 1917, in Johnstown. Son of the late Louis and Sarah Ann (Clossin) Post. Also preceded in death by wife of 68 years, Ethel Mae (Wagner); siblings, David, John,Ralph, Charles and Margie Bracken Survived by children; Kenneth (companion, Linda Faight) Post, of Richland; and Shirley (companion, Terry Sink) Lozar, Belmont. Grandchildren, Michael, Trista, Stephen and Matthew. Great grandchildren; Evan Lozar and Austin Lozar . WW II Army Veteran. Retired from Highland Sewer & Water Co. Member of Belmont United Methodist Church, Cambria Co. Vol. Fireman’s Assoc., Life Member of former Geistown Vol. Fire Co. and Belmont Vol. Fire Co. Former member of Geistown-Richland Lions Club. Ed will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Friends received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday and 10 -11 AM Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Service will be held at 11:30 AM Friday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Chapel.
