Edward J. Sisk Jr.

Sisk—Edward James Jr., 77, died June 28, 2018, at Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, MD. Born April 3, 1941, in Geistown, son of Edward James and Geraldine (Canary) Sisk. Preceded in death by parents, wife, Patricia J. Sisk, sister, Sarah Vitez and brother, Father Robert Sisk. Survived by daughters, Allison Sisk, New Market, MD, and Jamie Bisset, Boyds, MD; grandchildren, Thomas Edward Thornhill, William Thomas Thornhill, Patricia Frances Bisset and Ashleigh Marie Bisset; sons-in-law, Thomas Thornhill and John Bisset. Brother of Judy Smith, Kenneth Sisk, Patrick Sisk and Daniel Sisk. Edward was a 1959 graduate of Richland High School. He lived in the D.C. area for 58 years and worked as a Washington Post Agent for 30 years. He won numerous Distributor Excellence Awards during his career. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, July 21 at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 2310 Bedford St., Johnstown, PA., Rev. David S. Peles, Pastor. Committal, St. John’s Cemetery.
