Donna J. Guyan

Guyan – Donna J., 69, East Taylor Township, went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2016, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born on May 24, 1947 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Thomas and Louise Miller. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by step father, Herman Goehres, and daughter-in-law, Kathy Guyan. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Ronald J. Guyan, East Taylor Township; children, Candace (William) Oakes, Steven (Rosemary) Martin, Robert Martin, Cynthia (John) Rimoldi, Randy Guyan, and Richard (Dana) Guyan; grandchildren, Travis, Christopher, Anthony, Brandon, Nicholas, Katie, Matthew, and Cameron; siblings, Nancy (Stanley) Vitovich, Mary Ambrose, Lester (Chris) Miller, Linda (Michael) Sevanick and several nieces and nephews. Donna was a graduate of Johnstown High School. She worked many years as seamstress at Glosser Brothers, Celestial Brides and Miller’s. Donna loved sewing and making quilts. She enjoyed going to casinos and had an extensive teddy bear collection, with Baby Bear being her favorite. Donna will be remembered most for her kind heart and loving nature. Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of service at noon on Friday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh, with the Rev. Keith H. Lohr officiating.
