Dolores J. Watroba

Watroba – Dolores, 88, Mineral Point, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2020 at Richland Woods Assisted Living Center. Born on May 10, 1931 in Johnstown, daughter of William and Elizabeth (Barr) Ochenrider. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Watroba; 3 sisters, and 6 brothers. She is survived by her loving children, Susan Kush, Windber, Bobbie A. (Edward) Shaffer, Baltimore, MD, Norbert (Vicky) Watroba, Mineral Point, and Charles J. Watroba, Mineral Point; grandchildren, Wendy and Brian Kush, Eric Shaffer, Lisa Barnes, and Charles Watroba Jr.; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson and numerous nieces and nephews. Dolores was a graduate of Conemaugh High School. She was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration and the Jackson Township Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed BINGO and basket parties Dolores loved being on the farm, as well as spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. on Friday and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh, Rev. Fr. Robert C. Hall, Pastor. Committal will be at Assumption Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be directed to Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Dr Ext, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Dolores.
