Saly â Concetta M., 93, Oakland, went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2014 at Laurelview Village, Davidsville. Born on August 28, 1920 in Johnstown, daughter of Samuel and Marie (Cotroneo) Maiorana. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 63 years, James V. Saly; sisters, Angela Maiorana and Joanne Phenicie. She is survived by her loving children, Candice M. Saly, Johnstown and Jeffrey V., married to the former Cherie Elias, Williamsburg, VA; grandchildren, Heather, Jason., married to former Rita Forgas andGina Saly; great grandchildren, Tierza, Shianne and Elizabeth; great-great grandson, Ryder; sister, Celestina Lovetro, AZ and several nieces and nephews. Concetta was a graduate of Westmont High School and Cambria-Rowe Business School. She was a retired Business Manager and co-owner with her late husband, James, at Barnes-Saly & Company, C.P.Aâs. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church; B.P.W.; Quata Club; Interservice Club and I.S.D.A. Concetta enjoyed traveling, participating in community and social events and attending multiple business and professional clubs. Concettaâs family would like to thank the staff at Laurelview Village for the compassionate care that they provided during her stay. Friends will be received from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor. Committal will be at Grandview Mausoleum.
