C.Linda Bloom

Bloom - C. Linda (Rose), 72, of Richland Township, was reunited with her late husband of 51 years, Richard J. Bloom on November 19, 2015. Daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Fowler) Rosenberger. In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents. She was taken too soon from her 3 adoring daughters and their spouses Marianne and Kevin Allardice, Mount Pleasant, SC, Dianne and Peter Braley, Manassas, VA and Laura and David Snell, Mount Pleasant, SC; loving grandchildren Abigail, Brady and Annie Allardice; Hannah, Sam and Jack Braley and Hope, Isabella and Olivia Snell; sisters, Punky, wife of Ron Fish and Ellen Rosenberger, nieces, nephews, BFF of years, Diane Cence, and her faithful (and potato counting) 4- legged companion Emily Bloom. Linda was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. She was the owner of the former Highland Craft Shop in Richland Township and was the director of East Hills Senior Activities Center. Linda was a volunteer extraordinaire who fell in love with the senior citizens of Cambria County. She was a voracious reader, resilient knitter, amazing cook and fantastically creative crafter. Linda was such a giving and thoughtful mother, Mimi, spouse and friend. She was an attentive listener who was always there to lend advice. Linda was openly proud of each and every grandchild and cherished any opportunity she had to share her talents and love with them. We are forever blessed to call you our Mom and Mimi. May you rest peacefully. Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. on Monday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor. Private inurnment will be at Richland Cemetery.
