Saloga, Charles H., 84, of Richland. Went to be with the Lord on September 20, 2014. Born on June 28, 1930 in Decatur, IL, son of Ernest and Marie (Keck) Saloga . Preceded in death by parents, and brother, Ernest. He is survived by sons, Charles of Hacienda Heights, CA, and John married to Pamela (Lounsbury) of Johnstown; 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
Charles served in the US Navy. He retired from Ryerson Steel Company in Philadelphia. Charles was an avid Eagles fan. Private viewing and service. Family is being served by the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. On line condolences may be posted to www.wharrisfuneralhome.com.
