Budd Kenneth Parker

Parker – Budd Kenneth, 99, Richland, was called home by his loving Savior on December 7, 2022. Born on March 9, 1923 to Harry A. and Margaret H. Parker. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, William, and daughter, Janis E. Neff.

He is survived by his loving wife of 75 years, Ruth Jean (Frock) Parker; son, Kerry B. (Ethel) Parker; daughter, Laura J. Tomb; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Budd was a life-long resident of Richland Township. He retired from Highland Sewer and Water Authority. Budd enjoyed hunting and fishing. He harvested his last deer at the age of 93. Budd was an avid porch sitter and loved when friends tooted their horns and waved. He also loved coaching baseball for the Arbutus Boy’s League.

At Budd’s request, there will be no public viewing. Private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. The family is being served by the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. If you so desire, memorial contributions may be directed to the Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Dr. Ext, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Budd.
