MILLER---Barbara Ann, 74, Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg, formerly of Geistown, passed away on May 23, 2022 after an extended illness. Born November 1, 1947, Johnstown, PA, daughter of Charles W. and Anna E. (Utnik) Miller. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, infant Gloria Jean Miller and Judith Marie (Miller) Brown; brother, E. Foster Miller; nephew, C. Russell Miller Jr. and great-nephew, Amon Cole. Survived by brother, Charles R. Miller (Kathryn Perrin), Wasilla, Alaska; sister, Marlene J. (Miller) May (Donald), Greencastle, PA; special cousins, Matthew and Bernard Utnik who called and visited her often; and best friends, Shirley (Knepper) Smith and Kathy (Wildner) Ott. Also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, 18 great-nieces and nephews, and many great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Barbara graduated from Richland High School, Class of 1965. She worked in the trucking business for over 40 years as a dispatcher and office manager. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting, playing cards and board games and will be missed by many. Member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David S. Peles Pastor. Interment, Richland Cemetery.
