Audrey M. Tercek

Tercek, Audrey M., 74, Johnstown. Went to be with the Lord on September 25, 2012, at Windber Hospice, surrounded by family members.  Born March 29, 1938 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Frank and Edna (Hocevar) Markum.  Preceded in death by loving husband Robert on July 31, 2004; and brothers, Henry and Bill Markum. Survived by sons; Dave, married to Diane (Bent); Tom and fiancé Diane Pessolano; Mark, married to Amy (Calafiore); and daughter, Patty, wife of Mark Seitz, all of Johnstown. Grandchildren; Adam and Sean Tercek, Emily and Anna Tercek, Andrea and Erika Seitz, and Luke and Cassady Tercek. Sister of Bob, married to Agatha (Weinzierl); and special friend, Bill Zimmer. 1956 graduate of Richland High School.  Audrey and her husband Bob founded Tercek Electric in 1968.  The biggest joy in her life was spending time with her family, especially attending her grandchildren’s many activities.  She loved the many dear friends she made through the years of volunteer service with the Solomon Run Fire Company Auxiliary, St. Barnabas fundraising events, and golfing at Windber Country Club. Member of SS Gregory and Barnabas Catholic Church, Bon Air Chapel, where Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, Fr. Robert Ruston, Pastor. Family and friends will be received from 5-8 pm Thursday and 2-8 pm Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil for the deceased will be held. Committal at Richland Cemetery.
