Amy Sue Horn (Kovach-Barkley)

Horn (Kovach- Barkley), Amy Sue, 46, Johnstown. Died as a result of an accident June 3, 2016.  Born August 1, 1969 in Lancaster, PA. Daughter of Paul B. and Gwendolyn Yvonne (Varchol) Horn, both of Johnstown.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children; Thomas Cody Gibson, Johnstown, Shellbie Kovach, Indiana, PA, David Hale, Johnstown, and Cheyenne Horn, Johnstown; 5 grandchildren, Aiden, Owen Jr., Richard, George and Harvey; sisters, Pamela Albus and Donna Heaton, both of Johnstown, and maternal grandmother, Clara Varchol. Amy was an advocate for Autism Awareness. No public viewing, however relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at 11 am on Tuesday June 14, 2016, with a Memorial Service following at Noon at Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh.
